Payment

All major Credit/Debit Cards or BACS Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. Any monies that remain outstanding by the due date will incur late payment fee of £30 per full calendar month until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection agencies and/or the Courts. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs even where the rules of the relevant court does not make provision for the recovery of legal costs.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours written notice is required for cancellation of any orders for goods. We reserve the right to levy a £30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

The company and any client have the right to terminate any Service/Sale Agreement for good reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be paid by the Company where a service is deemed to have begun.

User content

In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this website, for whatever purpose.

You grant to KT Leicester Ltd a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You also grant to KT Leicester Ltd the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

Without prejudice to KT Leicester Ltd’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, KT Leicester Ltd may take such action as the Company deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

Waiver

Any failure by the Company to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure to exercise any right or remedy to which the Company is entitled to under these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such by the Company.

Entire agreement

These terms and conditions, together with the Company’s Cookies Policy, Privacy Policy and where appropriate, the Company’s Terms & Conditions of Sale constitute the entire agreement between you and KT Leicester Ltd in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England & Wales, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

By accessing this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance of the full Terms and Conditions contained herein and any other policies and or agreements the Company has published.
